    Gaza City is officially gripped by famine, and it is likely to spread across the Palestinian enclave, the UN-backed global hunger monitor said on Friday in the first such declaration in Middle East history. Mark Owen welcomes Unicef spokesperson Tess Ingram to deepen the question.
