    Rowi Singh’s furry lids

Enter: Maximalist heaven. Rowi Singh is a makeup artist who creates intricate looks: Think plaid lips, butterfly-winged eyes, a metal-studded visage. This week, Singh took inspo from a minty, furry Camilla and Marc shoe to create this almost frosted look, with flapper-esque skinny brows, and a sumptuous, cherry red lip.

Welcome back to Beauty Marks: Vogue’s weekly edition of the best moments in celebrity beauty, from Vogue editors’ IG feeds, and all the glam of the fashion and pop culture landscapes. Each week, we curate the nail art to pin for your next nail appointment, new recruits to ‘Team Bob’, and major red carpet moments from the week’s most glamorous affairs. As always, it’s as much about celebrity beauty as it is about the makeup artists, hairstylists, and nail artists, as well as the creators crafting the trends you’re about to see everywhere.

This week in beauty went just about everywhere: From the tented lands and stages of Glastonbury festival to Glenn Close’s early morning wakeup, and chairs in nail salons across the world. Selena Gomez returned to one of her favorite glam team members, Tom Bachik, for a classic and timeless manicure. San Sung Kim had an opulent take on Mediterranean summer-inspired nails, and Bachik swung big again with a “Cajun Chrome” set that’s perfect for partying in high summer. Makeup artist and Doechii favorite Dee presented a curvaceous, illusion eye look, while Rowi Singh took inspiration from a minty, furry shoe for some textured, three-dimensional lids. Just because it’s getting hot out there, it doesn’t mean glam is going to slip.

Scroll through the week’s best of celebrity beauty and pop culture’s glam below, and head to the app to vote for your favorite.
