The US State Department has approved $30 million in funding for the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, the first known financial contribution by the US government to the controversial group delivering aid in war-torn Gaza. The decision comes amid concerns over violence near aid distribution sites and the foundation’s links to for-profit US firms.
