The Gates Foundation has pledged $2.5 billion to women’s health by 2030, aiming to address decades of neglect of conditions like preeclampsia, endometriosis, and menopause. The investment, one of its largest recent commitments, will fund research, product development, and equitable access globally as part of founder Bill Gates’s broader plan to give away his fortune by 2045.
